• The initial file can be made with any well known cad program.
• Parametric cads (Soliworks, Creo, etc.) are recommended.
• The file should contain only the geometry of the desired object.
• Workflow is usually better if the workshop master grasps also the scope of the project at hand.

Design for NC-milling

-          modelling basic unit is 1 mm

-          In Rhino template “Small Objects mm”

-          start from origin

-          up direction in Z

-          No gaps

-          no overlapping elements

-          in Rhino do not “Make2D”

-          clean extra elements and layers
