Your next Assignment is to write a cover letter for a job application. To complete this task, you will have to make sure that you have a CV and/or portfolio available. If you do not have a CV available, please see this link for advice on how to write one:

Your CV

Your CV is a quick way to present yourself to your employer. Look for sample CVs online if you have never written one. The CV should include your personal information, information about your education, your skill set and job experience. If you have a lot of job experience, start with your latest position and list all the jobs you have had in reverse chronological order. If you do not have much job experience, emphasize your studies, skills and various projects you have participated in. Use action words to describe your role in these projects.
See link:

Think of the length and the layout of your CV. Is one page enough or do you need two? Finally, think of the position you are applying for. What skills and experience would your future employer value?

Available Positions

When you look for a available positions, try to find one that looks especially appealing to you and where you could fulfil your potential. You may want to look at job listings on public or private agencies in Finland or abroad, or go straight to the employer's website or social media. Remember that you can also send out an open application. That is, you may send an application to a company or corporation you would like to work with even if they have not advertised an open position. In this case, you should enquire if they would be willing to consider employing you or work with you on a project.
