please repeat what you said?

In business meetings, you might not immediately understand what the other person just said. It’s a problem that happens to even native speakers of Chinese. There’s no need to be embarrassed over not understanding. You can politely ask the speaker to repeat him/herself by saying:
请您重说一遍好吗
(qǐng nín chóng shuō yī biàn hǎo ma)?

我  明白  了, 谢谢  
Wǒ míngbái
le xièxiè
I understand, thank you

Once you are able to understand, confirm that you got it by saying:
我明白了, 谢谢
(wǒ míngbái le, xiè xiè).

And if you still don’t understand, you can ask them to repeat themselves again by saying:
请您重说一遍好吗
(qǐng nín chóngshuō  yī biàn hǎo ma)?
