Hi all,

as the presentations are coming up shortly, now is the time to clarify some policies regarding the presentations and sessions.

Firstly, you should be able to see your name and allocated time in the Case Presentation Schedule section. If your name is not yet there, and you have not been in contact with me via email (by 10am 9.12) then please contact me ASAP with the following: 1. Do you wish to present in class or over zoom (note in class presentations are on Friday only). 2. Are there any times scheduled that you cannot attend. I will update the schedule with new students and try contact them by mail with their time (if you are on the list already your time should not change).

Onto the presentations:

Each student/group has 15 minutes, of which you should prepare slides for a 10 minute presentation and be prepared to answer questions/have discussion for 5 minutes. So each session should go at the pace of 4 presentations per hour, 2 hours for a 8 person session.

The presentation should focus on the relevant problem, your approach and relevant sources of information. You can find the details for the case study in the case directions pdf.

You need to be present for the whole session of which you are presenting (unless you have a very important reason, which you can contact me about ASAP). This means if you are on zoom you need to have your camera on for the whole presentation time. So you need to be located somewhere that you will be able to interact with the class at any point in your session.

If you are in a zoom session, we will use the course lounge zoom.

I will inform you of the location of the in-class sessions once I have booked a room, check the pdf schedule file and the announcements section for updates.

There will appear a submission box in the case study section where you will upload your slides to no later than one hour before your presentation session begins. You should be able to edit these after submitting the first time.

I hope all is clear, and look forward to the presentations.

Best Regards,

William
