You have been nominated an academic advisor, ie. mentor. The name of your mentor will be informed after 15 September and you will also find your mentor's name from Mystudies.aalto.fi. If you want to discuss your studies, study plan, course choices, specialisation options etc with your mentor, book an appointment either in Mystudies.aalto.fi or by e-mail, depending on how your mentor has informed you (if they inform you only after 30 September, it's not a problem). Please deliver him or her your study planning assignment before the meeting by e-mail.

Meeting is highly recommended! It is your chance to meet with an expert of your field. Even if you feel that you don't need any guidance, feedback from students in past years shows that students have really benefitted from the meetings.
