Every now and then GIS software have problems with handling data and running different tools. If you have done everything according to the instructions but still don't get the right results, you can try the following general solutions:

  • If you cannot find a tool, make sure you have the correct plugins installed and activated from Plugins > Manage and install plugins
  • Run the tool/step again.
  • Save your work, restart the software and try again.
  • Change the computer (if possible).
If you, despite of the tips above, get stuck between the support sessions, ask help for technical questions in this forum. It is meant for students' mutual help, so if you can answer a question, extend your helping hand and type the answer.
