Stage 2 self-assessment
If you are not satisfied with the overall points you get for your stage 2 submission, please submit a self-assessment here.
How the course uses the self-assessments for Stage 2:
The course staff will read your report (as submitted during stage2) and your self-assessment. Based on these two pieces of evidence, the staff member will decide how many points the report should get. We will intentionally not read the peer reviews you got from other students (or other staff members) during stage 2 peer grading.
The newly obtained points might be higher or lower than your original points (received during stage 2). We will ultimately pick whichever is higher.
How you should use this self-assessment form
- Tell us your own assessment of each of the aspect. Provide convincing justifications for your assessments (for this you can leverage the peer gradings).
- If you think that your peer graders missed an important aspect of your report than try to make this aspect (e.g. definition of data points) crystal clear in your justification.
- If you think some aspects could be improved, tell us how you would improve it. Good explanations will be put into consideration during the grading process.
NOTE: The self-assessment form is not meant to discuss the (lack of) quality of the
peer reviews you have received. Any comments about the peer reviews you have received during stage 2 will be ignored by course staff.
