Lab Demo

Part 1 in the cleanroom 9-12:30: students will be taken into the cleanroom, and basic fabrication procedures will be shown (lithography, etching, characterization).

Lunch break: 45-60 min

Part 2 at Micronova 1st floor lobby 13:30-15:00: metal wire annealing and electrical measurements

Groups run from March 15th to 29th: Reserve only one slot/day and plan it for full 6 hours (09:00-15:00)

Groups should gather at the Micronova information desk (at 8:50): Tietotie 3, 02150 Espoo

The lab report will be published on 29th March at 12 noon on MyCourses.

Report deadline April 3rd (for all groups).

Lab report feedback session April 4th (9:15-10 am)

The lab report is one of the homework, but worth 8 points and is a compulsory part of the course. Each group uses the same data obtained during the lab demo, BUT the lab report is personal.
