CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD

Content
  • Valid 01.08.2020-31.07.2022:

    In this interdisciplinary course, students will work to analyze and redesign Aalto student experiences using service design tools. The course is open to all Aalto bachelor level students, where the diverse perspectives are utilized in class. The majority of the course workload comes from applying the introduced tools between workshops.

     

  • Applies in this implementation:

    You will work on your own project, but benefit from feedback from peer groups during the Monday afternoon online workshops. You get to choose the challenge you work on yourself.

Assessment Methods and Criteria
  • Valid 01.08.2020-31.07.2022:

    Participation in workshops and quality and completion of assignments. The workshops are mandatory due to the in-class collaboration.

Workload
  • Valid 01.08.2020-31.07.2022:

    Participation in collaborative workshops, related individual assignments and showcasing the experience redesign.

  • Applies in this implementation:

    Attendance to the online workshops Mondays 13.15-16.00 18.1.-29.3.2021 is mandatory., and you will need a few hours of time in-between sessions to work on your project. You can be absent twice without it affecting your grade.

    There will be no class 22.2.2021 (the evaluation week of period III).
