The actual contents varies depending on the year and teacher, but there is always a historical communication/software/hardware-related topic that is analyzed, connected to contemporary phenomena and experienced first-hand.

This time Alive Dead Media will be all about creative programming and home computers. You'll learn how old computers handled text and graphics, how ingenious demo and game programmers circumvented the limitations, and most importantly: you'll make classical visual effects, such as colorbars, tunnels, starfields, scrollers and more yourself.
Assessment Methods and Criteria
Valid 01.08.2020-31.07.2022:
An intensive week of lectures and hands-on assignments. 80% attendance and completed assignments are required to pass the course.
