LEARNING OUTCOMES

After the course the student:

  • Recognizes the special matters of the one or several sectors of economic or business law. Comprehends the prerequisites of specific sector economic or business law and the possibilities of property and other kind of development and business provided by it.
  • Comprehends the multiphase administrative procedure in economic law sector, as well as the particular challenges to development posed by it from a business point of view.
