Content

During the seminar, students will present their work in progress and participate in discussions on the research questions of other students' theses. In the seminar, we review and discuss both artistic and academic parts, as well as propose source literature related to each thesis.

In the Master´s Thesis Seminar we discuss issues related to the content and form of students' theses in progress. The main methods of the seminar are presentations and discussions about students´ work at their different stages. In the seminar we also explore alternative approaches for structuring the thesis and review previous theses in the field of photography and art.
Assessment Methods and Criteria

Seminar work and personal tutoring.

Completion of the course requires 80% attendance at seminar meetings, two presentations of your work during the course, preparing for comments, participation in discussions and a group work.
Workload

We have six seminar meetings in the autumn 2021 and six in the spring term 2022. Autumn seminars are on Thursdays, in the afternoon at 13:00-16:30. Spring seminars are in the morning from 9:15-12:00.
