CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD
Content

This is a learning by doing course. Students will be given a challenge to solve by using the service design approach and methods. The challenge will focus on finding a new application of technology in a specific moment in people's lives.
Students will work in multidisciplinary teams, mixing students from different schools, skills, demographics, degrees and interests. Every week we will use different perspectives:
Week 1. Human perspective
Week 2. Technology perspective
Week 3. Business perspective
Week 4. Final presentation
Assessment Methods and Criteria

80% Attendance mandatory
Individual participation in contact teaching sessions and contribution to group work
Group assignments and in-class exercises
Group final presentation
