  With emerging technologies being part of our daily life, how will people experience unexpected life events?

  In this course, you will get your hands-on Service Design practice and explore the idea of designing services that add value to specific life events. You and/or your team will create a Service with the purpose to solve a world challenge with the use of emerging technologies. Check project brief and assignments. 

  Students will work in multidisciplinary teams, mixing students from different schools, skills, demographics, degrees and interests. Every week we will use different perspectives:

  Week 1. Human perspective

  Week 2. Technology perspective

  Week 3. Business perspective

  Week 4. Final presentation
