The aim of the BSc thesis seminar is to learn and practice how to make a research plan, how to present research results in a clear manner, both orally and in writing, and to give critical and constructive feedback on the research papers of other students.

Content

The seminar components are (i) the preparation and oral presentation of a research plan (ii) the oral presentation of a thesis based on academic research in economics, and (iii) reading and providing constructive comments on other students theses, with emphasis on acting as opponent on one other student s thesis.

50% seminar presentation of own research plan and thesis
25% commenting on other students work
25% active seminar participation
