- How to collect, record, and analyze user research data, including qualitative and quantitative techniques.
- How to develop user personas and empathy maps based on research findings to inform design decisions.
- Discussing ethical concerns in user research, along with practical exercises and real-world projects that apply the principles learned throughout the course.
