    • Understanding the fundamentals of user-centered design principles and the role of user research in the design process.​
    • Exploring various user research methods, such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, with a focus on when and how to use each method.​
    • How to collect, record, and analyze user research data, including qualitative and quantitative techniques.​
    • How to develop user personas and empathy maps based on research findings to inform design decisions.​
    • Discussing ethical concerns in user research, along with practical exercises and real-world projects that apply the principles learned throughout the course.​
