  Learning goals

  The course is organised into five modules, and we're starting with Understanding. In this module, you'll start learning how to use design approaches to formulate an understanding of a problem or situation you would like to change. This first step of the process involves various types of analytical work, but we’ll focus primarily on human-centered data collection and analysis, such as mapping stakeholders.
