Topic outline

  • Learning goals

Having explored ways of understanding people in change efforts in Module 1, we now begin exploring different potential interpretations of our analysis results and approaches to develop solutions. We’ll learn that questioning and analyzing our and others’ points of view, i.e., framing, both enables deeper understanding and opens up broader solution horizons, despite seemingly taking the design project backwards in progress.
