  • Learning goals

    After covering the basic elements of design processes, we’ll expand our scope into designing the organizational implementation of ideas. Here, we begin positioning change efforts and the role of design into organizations, seeing how it can influence products, services, ways of working, working cultures, business models, legislation, technical implementation, and much more. We also discuss the ethics and morals of design, as with great power comes great responsibility.
