    Welcome to the Process Management for Media and Design course. The teachers are Teemu, Peter & Eva. We will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Zoom. 

    Just come to the Zoom room at the right time (click the link).

    • WEEK 1: Introduction and Team Formation

    • WEEK 3: Facilitation

      Emotions in caregiving by Mia Muurimäki, service designer at Futurice
      Mia will be talking about a service design process that had set a goal of finding out how the communications of autistic and severely disabled children living in a care facility could be helped with digital technologies. She'll describe the collaborative methods used, focus on some key findings and the outcome that was somewhat different to what was expected.
      • Assignment 3 during the session: note taking with drawing (notebook (physical) or tablet (digital): pickup one TedTalk and take notes about it by drawing and keywords. Take a picture of it and uploaded it to the Assignments -section.
