The possibility to retake reading test for the Strategic Identity & Design course has been rescheduled to the 7th of February between 13.00 and 17.00.
You can reserve a slot to take the test in the exam studios by following the link below. In preserving the integrity of the test, please also reserve a slot on the 7th of February between 13.00-15.00, 14.00-16.00 or 15-17.00.
The Strategic Identity & Design course provides students a platform to learn about branding and identity creation and deepen their expertise about the strategic role design can play in such development processes. Special emphasis is placed on the expressive nature of design and the role of designers in shaping and materializing the identity of a brand.
Students complete a re-branding throughout the course in which they are asked to rethink material touchpoints for an established brand. Students are supported in the project through lectures and workshops. They are also given the opportunity to deepen their design expertise in one of the following areas: (1) packaging and label design, (2) material and surface design and (3) visual identity and typography.
