    This is an introductory course on the technical aspects of information security. 

    The course has been planned for both bachelor and master students with at least two years of previous studies in computer science. The students are assumed to have programming skills and a broad knowledge computer-science concepts. 

    In autumn 2020, the course consist of recorded lectures, online exercise, and an examination. The examinations take place in the EXAM Studio on campus. See the EXAM instructions. The remaining examinations based on the 2020 course are on 15 February - 5 March 2021, 24 May - 4 June 2021, and August 30 - September 10 (booking).  Students who have been unable take the previous exams due to Covid-19 can request a personal exam if the times above are not convenient. The last date is 10 September 2020.
