  INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE REHEARSAL PRESENTATION
  

  • Please create own zoom meeting for your presentation and send us the link. Contact Ville&Apurva if you need help with this!
    
  • You can create the meeting for the whole day, we will only be there during your presentation time.
  • Only Ville, Apurva and Elina are attending your rehearsal presentation

  
  

  • Please, be on time! Prepare everything so that you can start exactly your scheduled time
    
  • You have max 7 minutes to present (Pecha Kucha is 6min 40 seconds)
    
  • The slides do not have to be auto timed. But please keep the pace of 20s x 20slides 
    
  • You can organize presenting the way you want - one person presenting ... many person presenting, etc. Your choice!

  
  

  • This is a rehearsal presentation. There can be a couple of "draft" slides, a bit "rough" graphics here and there.
    
  • We are primarily evaluating the clarity and flow of your presentation. But try to make it as real as possible! We will reward that!
    
  • We will give you comments right after the presentation, grade (0-10) will be provided until the end of the day (23.59.59)
    
  • This is a group task - your group will get one grade
