- the Top 20 report for films currently in cinemas (you should be receiving this report weekly)
- the Tentative Release Plan for the titles yet to come to theatres in 2022 in Finland.
a) Look into these materials and find other relevant sources to make your market analysis for Q3 and Q4 / 2022 for the theatrical window. You can write in Finnish or English. Make educated guesses about the winners and losers of this time period and briefly explain yourself. If the Finnish marketplace is too unfamiliar to you, feel free to do the assignment on a territory that is the most relevant for you as a future film professional. Please do most of the assignment in October and date it for yourself. It is advisable to do a brief follow-up analysis before returning the assignment and date that as well in order to analyse your own estimates, too. Please note that this assignment is about the distribution plans and outcomes, not about the quality of the films.
