  welcome to the course Elliptic Curves. The two main references that we will follow are

  [1] J.H. Silverman, J. Tate. Rational points on elliptic curves. Springer Undergraduate Texts in Mathematics

  [2] G. Cornell, J.H. Silverman, G. Stevens. Modular forms and Fermat's last theorem. Springer.

  [3] J.H. Silverman. The arithmetic of elliptic curves. Springer Graduate Texts in Mathematics.

  We'll mostly follow [1], some copies of which may be found in Aalto library. However, a selection of topics will be explained using [2] (chapter 2) and/or [3] (chapter 3). I will soon upload a pdf with the materials of [2] and [3].
