Topic outline

    • At the outset of this course, I emphasized the importance and essence of group work: collaborating and merging ideas to produce a final deliverable. While I have consistently urged every member to actively contribute, respond to their team's communications, and approach tasks proactively, I recognize that group dynamics can sometimes lead to disparities in contributions.

This survey serves as an instrument to gauge both individual and collective performances within your group. In an ideal scenario, all members would have contributed equally without any conflicts. However, it's crucial for me to identify instances where group dynamics faltered or certain members didn't pull their weight. If any member hasn't contributed sufficiently, it may result in a deduction of their points, while those who compensated for the shortfall might see an adjustment in their favor.

This isn't just about fairness; it's also about ensuring a conducive learning environment for all.
