    The basic format of Tuesdays is this:
    9-10 homework session
    10-11 lecture
    11-12 spot exercises session

    Homeworks are personal, and spot exercises are group work.
    Lectures provide bare minimum, and full materials can be found in textbook Introduction to Microfabrication, 2nd ed. It is highly recommended to read the relevant book chapter beforehand, or at least check the slides, which will be available before the lecture.
