How to strenghten connection to others by using nonviolent communication?

There are four steps in nonviolent communication:

1. observations - communicate observations and try not to make any judgements or interpretations

2. feelings - communicate your feelings. Try to connect with your feelings and don't mix them up with your opinions, interpretations or judgements.

3. needs - connect your feelings to your needs underneath and communicate the needs

4. requests - communicate mindfully and clearly which actions you would like the other person to take
