Please note before cutting:

  • Large sheets: Lift the sheet onto the rolls at the bottom of the saw.
  • Smaller sheets: To release the upper work surface of the saw, push the release switch down and press the work surface inwards. After unlocking, let the work surface move into place by pressing it gently with your hands.
  • There are two ways to cut: horizontal and vertical.

Cutting horizontally:

  1. Lock the unit by pressing the control lever into place.
  2. Release the vertical locking switch.
  3. With the sheet on the lower rolls, use the right-hand measuring line below the machine.
  4. If the sheet is in the upper level, use the left-hand measuring line below the machine.
  5. Lock the vertical locking switch.
  6. Start the saw.
  7. Push the control lever down.
  8. Always cut from left to right.
  9. Cut all the way and pull the lever back up.
  10. Switch off the machine and take the leftover pieces to their right places.

Cutting vertically:

  1. Lock the unit by pressing the control lever into place.
  2. Release the vertical locking switch.
  3. With the sheet on the lower rolls, use the right-hand measuring line below the machine.
  4. If the sheet is in the upper level, use the left-hand measuring line below the machine.
  5. Lock the vertical locking switch.
  6. Start the saw.
  7. Push the control lever down.
  8. The cutting direction is from top to bottom.
  9. Cut all the way and pull the lever back up.
  10. Switch off the machine and take the leftover pieces to their right places.
