About ethnography and auto ethnography - Lily Díaz-Kommonen - SLIDES

During this session we introduce some of the major principles ethnographic research as a method used for gathering qualitative research on the field. We also present autoethnography as a variation of the method. Major references: Clifford 1977; Denzin 2014; Ellis, Adams and Bochner 2011; Geertz 1973, Human Area Files; Leach 1976.
