MId-term Presentation
The goal of the mid-term presentation is to get constructive feedback from Posti. You will have 10 min. to present and 5 min. feedback

• Use case
• Description of the persona you are designing
• Description of the use scenario, the specific situation or problem you will solve
• Evidence from interviews: Quotes that justify that the problem is real 
• Storyboard: this is the core of the presentation and time should be spent on presenting this
• It should present how the use case should be solved,
• by using one (new) digital service touchpoint
• Focus on how the experience would work and the role of the touchpoint in that "story"
• Visualisations should not show interface design at this point
• Visualisations don't need to be perfect and they can be presented as sketches. Work in progress is fine! It is however more important that the use case scenario is clear, what is the problem you want to fix, and that the storyboard demonstrates how the digital touchpoint would solve it.
