Description of the assignment:
The report's target audience is Posti. As a final deliverable for the partner, it should work as a stand-alone document summarising the project work.

- Max. 5 Page long document (including text and images) + 1 Page cover
- The content of the report should follow the sections below
- Document your report with evidence, such as quotes from research participants/user evaluations (properly referenced and anonymised), images from your work, images from Posti and other relevant references. NOTE: If you need more space for images, you can add a separate Appendix.
- Submit one PDF file per group. Name the file: Group#_FinalReport
The report should include:
1. Present your “in-depth” understanding of the problem:
- Summary of your key findings of the current Posti service specific to your project brief. (conclusions drawn from your Service map analysis, e.g. there are no interactions in the social media channels, becoming aware of Suomi-Seura is hard to find)
- Summary of top findings about your interviews (conclusions drawn from in-depth interviews, archetype and use case)
2. Present your solution to the problem:
- Describe your idea briefly (Storyboard and Clicking prototype)
- Justify your idea based on your understanding of the problem (point 1), and articulate the benefits for users and Posti
3. Summary of top learnings from the user evaluations
4. Reflections for further development and iteration
- Based on the learnings from the user evaluations, what would you change in your design?
