Based on your previous assignments where you reflected on the plans, as well as the course program which has been now customized to your needs, it is time to develop your individual plan.

Use the template provided here below to create your own plan. Take a look at the sample plan as well.

-Your individual plan should include  (1) the learning goals, (2) various activities that relate to the goals (3) the individual oral and written projects

Attached you can find a document that gives examples of prior written and oral assignments,

--> this is a plan, so it can change as we go along. However, try to plan as well as you can at this point.We will discuss this plan in the first meeting with the teacher.

The basic framework in this course is that the target language level is min.  CEFR B2 and can be also C1 (or even C2). Take a look at the CEFR language level descriptors in the handout attached (assessment grid English), which can give you more concrete ideas for your learning goals.
